Since 2008, Obeikan Real Estate has contributed to Saudi Arabia’s architecture and real estate revival, developing numerous projects in a range of uses across the Kingdom. Our completed projects include Riyadh’s Obeikan Industrial City, a compound which houses 20,000 employees; the Obeikan Building in Jeddah; and the Obeikan Tower in Dammam.

Our current flagship project is the Obeikan Tower, located in the heart of Riyadh’s Central Business District on the King Fahd Road. Obeikan Tower is architecturally distinctive, taking a place of pride in the contemporary city skyline. This mixed use tower comprises four basement levels with ample parking and 30 floors above ground, which will host high-quality office space and a 210-key Hilton Hotel with luxury amenities.

Obeikan Real Estate has a research arm that studies the investment market and property management trends, and is a participant in major real estate exhibitions and conferences inside and outside the Kingdom.
